Will Your House Page assist me in selling my house?

The only thing you will need to supply is information that you think potential buyers will find interesting and might overlook during an guided showing.

How long does it take to get the website active?

It is our goal to have the site active within 3 days of the consultation. However, it can take longer for a domain to propagate (to become established on the world wide web) which is beyond our control. A domain will normally propagate within 48 hours.

Can I choose any domain name?

Sure - as long as it has not been registered by someone else.

Does the website last forever?

No - the website will be maintained for 6 months or 6 weeks after you sell your house.

What happens after the 6 months of hosting service?

If your property is still on the market after 6 months, we will continue to host you site for only $12.95 per month.

What about computer requirements of the viewers?

Your House Page does not use gimmicky Flash Files or Rotating Virtual Cameras that take forever to load. We specialize in static photography and personalization of the site to sell your property so dial-up users will not spend hours waiting for your site to load.

Can I have access to my website traffic information?

Absolutely - it's your website, isn't it? Once your site is up and running, you will be given a username and password to access your website traffic information. You can see the number of hits, the time, etc. to see firsthand how effective the site actually is.

Can I get an extra yard sign?

For an additional $16.95, a second sign can be provided.
